Tell us about your lawn
Confirm your address, then choose property size, lawn height and bag-and-haul, and whether you want it one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Pick your pro and time
Compare local pros by price and rating, then choose a date and time slot. Your pro has 24 hours to accept (60 minutes for same-day). If they can’t, nearby pros can take it.
Pros answer qualification questions and are approved by Neemow before they can take jobs.
Pay securely in the app
Once your pro accepts, tap Pay Now and pay by card through Stripe. No cash, and your card details are never shared with the pro. Neemow pays your pro only after you confirm the job is done.
Confirm, rate and repeat
When your pro marks the job done, confirm it and rate them on quality, timeliness, communication and value. On a recurring service, your next visit appears in your bookings.
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly? Set it once.
After each visit your next one is lined up, and you can turn off the recurring charge anytime in Settings.
Need it done today? Ask for same-day.
Company coming over, or the grass got away from you? Send a same-day request and it goes out as priority to pros near you.
